When can I order?

U.S. orders open on October 1. Browse the collection now — and leave your email on any product page, we’ll tell you the moment orders open.

How much is shipping?

U.S. shipping is free on orders over $40, and a flat $6.90 below that. Orders ship from our California warehouse within 1–2 business days.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?

Not yet — dearlauren.net ships within the United States only.

What’s your return policy?

Return any item — opened or unopened — within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. Details in Our guarantee.

Which line should I choose?

If your skin is dry, rough or reactive, start with Barrier Repair (Intensive) — built for every age in the house. If dullness and fine lines are the concern, choose Antioxidant Care (RealE), our vitamin E routine for adults. Using both works well: Intensive rebuilds the barrier, RealE protects it.

Is it right for sensitive skin?

Sensitive skin is who we make for. Our core formulas are tested in IRB-supervised human application studies — including irritation patch tests on sensitive, sting-reactive skin — and the results are published on each product page.

Are the products fragrance-free?

Several formulas are fragrance-free, including Intensive Cream, Intensive Lotion and Intensive Soothing Gel. Some formulas contain botanical oils — every product page lists the full ingredients.

Where are the products made?

All products are developed and made in Korea by Bilico Co., Ltd., and listed with the U.S. FDA under MoCRA.
