• You may request a return for any item, opened or unopened, within 30 days of delivery.
• Refunds cover the product price. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
• To start a return, email cs@bilico.com with your order number and reason. Please wait for our confirmation and return instructions before sending anything back.
• Once your return is received, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

 

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — including shipping — at no cost to you.

Products purchased from other retailers or marketplaces must be returned through the original place of purchase.
