Our Guarantee

We only sell change. If it doesn't reach your skin, it isn't a sale we want to keep.

Use any Dear Lauren product for up to 30 days. If your skin doesn't change, return it — opened or unopened — for a full refund of the product price. You don't need to prove anything or send back an unused jar.

How it works

Email cs@bilico.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery.
We'll confirm and send return instructions.
Once the return arrives, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. If your order arrived damaged or incorrect, we cover everything — just send us a photo within 7 days.
